Receiving conveyor KHA-9713
Purpose :
The receiving conveyor KDT KHA-9713 is designed for automatic unloading of workpieces from a CNC machining center. The conveyor is equipped with optical sensors for automatic feeding/stopping of the tape for further unloading in the receiving area. When the workpiece, moving along the conveyor belt, crosses the light beam, the receiver generates a signal that stops the conveyor, unloading is performed, after which the conveyor resumes movement to the next batch of parts. Scheme of automatic nesting line Peculiarities Automatic detection of the presence of workpieces by a position sensor. The double suction system at the inlet and outlet ensures efficient removal of the remaining chips after machining. Conveyor belt made of polymer fabric has a low weight, high wear resistance, excellent strength and resistance to stretching, and serves as a worthy alternative to rubber fabric sheets. Three-phase asynchronous motor with high efficiency.
